3)   제직회 (Administrative Committee) – 장로(Elder), 안수집사(Ordained Deacons, 권사(Deaconess), 당회에서 인정된자(Anyone approved by session (Article 3)

C.   새교회 직분자 후보들: 후보로 추천되어 6개월 훈련받고 과정을 이수하며 나중에 공동의회에서 3분의 2이상의 투표로 결정되어질 후보자들: 2021 new church officers candidates:  Those who are nominated, planned to get trained(6 months), and need to receive a 2/3 of the votes from the congregation later

4)   교회 사역부 (Ministry Staff) – Pending/ waiting for sign-up

o   남선교회 (Men’s Group) They can decide their own name

o   여선교회 (Women’s Group) They can decide their own name

o   친교부(Fellowship) – 홍성애Sung A Hong

5.      Election Process

a.      Recommend two deacons and two deaconess for our church size (교회 사이즈를 볼 때 두명 안수집사, 두명 권사 정도를 추천)

b.    Process

                                                    i.      Session recommends qualified candidates according to the Church bylaws (당회에서 자격있는 이름들 추천)

1.    Article 2 & 3:  Two years attendance/ at least one year serving – Deacon (over 40 years old), Deaconess (over 50 years old) (교회 헌법 2와 3조: 2년이상 출석, 1년이상 봉사), 안수 집사는 40세 이상, 권사는 50세이상

                                                 ii.     Congregation nominate a candidate from the list of the names recommended by session (A nominee requires more than two people recommendations) – 회중에서 당회에서 추천한 성도들 가운데 추천, 후보자는 두명 이상의 추천을 받아야 함

                                               iii.     Interview with the nominated candidates (accept or denial) – 지명된 자와 인터뷰, 승인 또는 철회

                                                iv.     Training Course  6 months  – Theology, bible, church law, readings, etc. (훈련 기간 6개월에서 1년이상– 신학, 성경, 교회 헌법, 독서등,  그 이후에 필기와 실기 통과)

                                                  v.     Test(Written and floor exam) by the Korean SE Presbytery (필기와 실기 시험, 노회 주관)

                                                vi.     Congregational Vote in July (공동 의회 투표)

1.    Requires 2/3 vote from congregational approval (2/3이상의 찬성)

                                              vii.     Appointment Ceremony in September (7월에 임명식)

 

c.     Names that are eligible for candidates (two years attendance and one year serving and recommended by the session) – 당회에서 추천할수 있는 남자와 여자 성도님들 (2년이상 출석, 1년 이상 봉사)

                                                   i.     Men(남자)  – Tony, Chahn Bak(박찬익), Fritz Waterman

                                                 ii.     Women – Son Cha(오선자), Hye Freeman(최혜성), Chong Hoover(원종순), Yong Ran Koo(구영란), Sung A Hong(홍성애), Jenny Lim(임성옥), SeWon Waterman(김세원), 박영미(Yong Mee Park)
